On September 30th, 2010, the well-known Peruvian journalist Jaime Althaus gave a lecture entitled “The Challenges of Democracy in Latin America” as part of the DESOL Project Seminar organized by the Maiestas Foundation (www.proyectodesol.org). Support for the seminar was provided by the Madrid Regional Government.
