New publication in La Ley by Pedro J. Martínez-Fraga
Spanish newspaper La Ley has published "Globalización procesal y arbitraje internacional", a doctrinal article by Pedro J. Martínez Fraga, President of the Global Dispute Resolution Center. The article puts forward some considerations about the necessary approximation of the two more extended legal systems of the world –the Civil Law and the Common Law–, highligting its particular importance in the context of international arbitration.
