The Maiestas Foundation now has a representative in Nigeria.
Ikechukwu Obiaya has joined the Maiestas Foundation, as its Nigerian representative. Ike Obaya has a degree in English language, and has worked in the area of communication. He has worked on training and empowerment projects for young Nigerians. At present he is teaching at the Center for Media and Communication of the Pan-African University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is doing a Ph.D. on the Nigerian film industry.
